“ I enjoyed a wonderful dinner tonight at Siempre Viva. The food was fantastic but the ambiance and the service team were even better! We ordered a number of entrees including the sea bass and picaña steak, both of which were great. We also ordered a few salads and appetizers, each of which exceeded expectations. In particular, we were struck by the fresh, flavorful greens and herbs featured throughout which had undoubtedly been growing in nearby fields just hours earlier. The service team at Siempre Viva truly surpassed expectations, graciously accommodating a somewhat demanding group that included my kids, 4 years and 18 months. While the restaurant typically hosts adults, they were thoughtful to my kids including providing extras of certain dish components (read, cucumber for my 18 month old) that proved particularly popular. For the rest of us boring adults, they were kind and friendly, to a person. Tough to capture the ambiance with words, so I included a photo I took of their grounds as we arrived. If my overview of food and team didn't convince you, hope the picture is worth another thousand words! ”
“ Great food and service. Fireplace was warm and inviting. Took a walk around the garden before dinner with a great margarita. Candlelight dinner on a gorgeous environment. ”
“ Absolutely beautiful setting in an actual working farm/orchard. You enter the outdoor patio setting through a passion fruit vine tunnel. Creative, unique and delicious dishes. Great cocktails and you can walk the gardens with your drink while you wait for appetizers. Hector and Ricardo provided wonderful service and took very good care of us. Catch the sunset if you can! ”
“ I was staying in the area for a couple of nights and dropped in for a light meal. I am vegetarian and ordered two starter dishes — the grilled vegetables and beet carpaccio. Wow - can’t say enough about the beet carpaccio! The food was fresh and fantastic. The service was wonderful and the bonus sunset was breathtaking! Make sure you go late enough to catch one if you can! ”
“ Best dinner spot in Baja. My wife and I had such a special time. The owner even wanted a selfie with us at the end of our meal. Such a beautiful space. Amazing customer service. They even welcomed us by name. Service was fast. Food was incredible. Hospitality was everything you want and more at a dinner location. ”
“ I was incredibly impressed with the outstanding food and service. The artichoke and mushroom salad was out of this world. Mati the bartender/waiter suggested all of his favorites and he was spot on. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Siempre Viva, your kind hearts created an amazing experience for my entire family. ”
“ It was a tranquilo Tuesday afternoon as we enjoyed the gorgeous surroundings and excellent quality dishes. The pizzas are superb! The dough is flavorful and fired in the oven to perfection. There are safe choices and more unique flavor combinations to please every palate. And I understand the main attraction here is not the drinks but their mezcalita is top 3 of all time for me. Take a peek in the kitchen just after the entrance on the right. The pizza cook welcomed us in to look around and it's really cute in there. ”
“ We expected elevated dishes but just got good food in a beautiful space. We didn’t taste or experience the earthiness of the farm to table concept. Short ribs and pizzas were really not what came to mind when we made the reservations after looking at the menu ahead of time. The appetizer beets were excellent but the arugula salad was under dressed, so there were side dishes that fell in line with the concept. The octopus was good but we had better on the first day of our trip. ”
